By visiting and placing orders on our website, you agree to our Terms and Conditions. Please carefully review the following information, as placing an order constitutes acceptance of our Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not continue using our website.

Legality:

By purchasing from Gulf Coast Tactical, you agree to use the product(s) for lawful purposes only and to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations that apply to your purchase. You are responsible for ensuring that any manufacturing, assembly, or modification you perform using parts, components, or accessories purchased from Gulf Coast Tactical complies with applicable laws and regulations.

You also agree to abide by all NFA laws and BATFE regulations. Please check with your local authorities and/or with BATFE before doing any modifications or builds, as special licenses or permits may be required. Gulf Coast Tactical is not responsible for any legal consequences resulting from ignorance or deliberate disregard of applicable regulations and laws.

LIABILITY:

Gulf Coast Tactical is not liable for any harm caused by improper or misuse of products purchased from us. You agree not to hold Gulf Coast Tactical liable for any such harm caused by improper use, installation, or maintenance performed by you or any other entity. We recommend consulting with a professional gunsmith before performing any installation, modification, or maintenance.

FIREARM SALES:

Gulf Coast Tactical does not ship firearms directly to end-users. All firearm transfers must go through a federal license holder (FFL). If you do not hold a Federal Firearms License, you must make arrangements with an FFL in your state and jurisdiction of residence to receive and transfer the firearm to you. All firearms will be shipped to the premises address indicated on the receiving Federal Firearms License, and all required paperwork and background checks must be done by your local FFL holder before transferring the firearms to you.

Gulf Coast Tactical is not responsible for any complications arising from the federally mandated background checks or other issues with your FFL dealer. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the FFL dealer in advance of the order to arrange any and all transfer details.

By placing a firearm order through Gulf Coast Tactical, you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase firearms, that you are legally allowed to purchase firearms, and that you have not committed any act or are not under any condition whereby purchasing and possession of firearms by you may be deemed illegal.

Some firearms for sale on our website may be restricted in the state and/or city in which you reside. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of any item being ordered prior to placing your order. All firearm sales are final.

AFFIDAVIT OF CUSTOMER

I am not addicted to any controlled substance and I do not use them unlawfully.
Gulf Coast Tactical is not breaking any state or local laws or ordinances by selling or delivering ammunition to me.
I have never been convicted, nor do I expect to be convicted in any court, of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
I have not been convicted, nor do I expect to be convicted in any court, of a crime that carries a punishment of over one year in prison. I am also not a fugitive from justice, and I am not currently subject to any restraining orders.
I have not been declared as a mental defective, nor have I been committed to a mental institution.
I am not an illegal or unlawful alien, and I have never renounced my U.S. citizenship.
I am at least twenty-one (21) years old, and I will use products purchased from Gulf Coast Tactical only for lawful purposes.
If I am purchasing a firearm, it will be transferred in my name and not for another person.

MAGAZINE RESTRICTIONS:

At Gulf Coast Tactical, we do not ship high capacity magazines to states or cities with restrictions. Please be aware that state and local laws can change frequently, so we recommend verifying your local and state laws before placing an order. The following list is provided for convenience only:

California: 10 rounds
Colorado: 15 rounds (no shotgun mags over 8 rounds, local jurisdictions may vary)
Connecticut: 10 rounds
Delaware: 17 rounds
District of Columbia: 10 rounds
Hawaii: 10 rounds (handguns only)
Illinois:

Please make sure to verify the legality of any magazine before placing your order. If you have any questions regarding magazine restrictions in your state or city, please consult your local FFL before placing your order.

AMMUNITION SALES & RESTRICTIONS:

When placing an order for ammunition through Gulf Coast Tactical, you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase ammunition, that you are legally allowed to purchase ammunition, and that you are not committing any act of felony. Please note that it is your responsibility to verify the legality of any ammunition before placing an order. If you have any questions regarding ammunition restrictions in your state or city, please consult your local FFL before placing your order.

We do not ship ammunition to the following locations: California, Massachusetts, New York, Chicago (IL), Alaska, or Hawaii. Please note that all ammunition shipments must be sent via ground, and orders that request shipments to PO boxes will be canceled. All ammunition shipments will require a signature upon delivery to verify delivery and prevent theft. Please ensure that you will be available to sign for your shipment.

Coupons or Discounts

From time to time, Gulf Coast Tactical offers its clients special offers and discount codes to be used in conjunction with this website. These offers are frequently disseminated via this website and through email to those who have registered for our email database. We encourage our clients to redeem these special offers, but we respectfully ask that you not exploit them. Gulf Coast Tactical, at our sole discretion, will determine if all purchasing criteria has been met to qualify for stated discount or free product. If you successfully circumvent the software safeguards of this website in order to receive several free products with your order, then we will (at our sole discretion) remove any extraneous free product from your order or cancel the order in its entirety. You will be informed of any order changes via the phone number or email address listed with your order.

PROHIBITED SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Gulf Coast Tactical does not ship to the following:

International Addresses
US Protectorates (Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, etc)

PAYMENT

All orders placed online must be paid in full prior to shipping.

TERMS OF SALE

Placing an order through Gulf Coast Tactical does not constitute a sale nor does it entitle you to the products ordered through Gulf Coast Tactical. All above mentioned conditions must be met before Gulf Coast Tactical finalizes the sale of merchandise. Gulf Coast Tactical may require additional documents (licenses, permits, etc.) before completing the sale. If your order includes a firearm, Gulf Coast Tactical will require your transferring FFL holder have a copy of their license on file with Gulf Coast Tactical before finalizing the order. All payment requirements must be met before a sale can be finalized and merchandise can be shipped out. By placing an order with Gulf Coast Tactical you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.

ORDER PROCESS AND SHIPMENT

Most orders are usually processed and shipped in 3-5 business days after verification of Proper FFL documentation. Firearm & regulated items will not ship until the required information is received and verified by Gulf Coast Tactical. If your order contains both a firearm and accessories, the accessories will ship to the FFL dealer with the firearm; we do not offer split shipments on the same order.

Gulf Coast Tactical will cancel any order that has a different recipient name and delivery address (firearms excluded), no exceptions. Certain high value shipments $300.00 or more will require a signature to guarantee delivery; this is also required for Optics, Body Armor, Parts Kits, Ammo, and Firearms Uppers. It is your responsibility to be able to sign for the shipment; any returns because of a lack of signature will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Once the order has shipped, an email will be sent to you with tracking information. Please visit the Shipping section of our site for current shipping rates and other details.

Any change to the delivery method, delivery options, address change or correction, or any other modification that will require carrier’s intervention, will incur a $20.00 surcharge per incident or request and will need to be paid in advance prior to initiating the change by Gulf Coast Tactical. Some change requests may not be able to be fulfilled.

Gulf Coast Tactical ships most orders from our main warehouse but may also choose to ship orders from one of our fulfillment warehouses.

Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Gulf Coast Tactical. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Here’s what you need to know about our return policy:

To initiate a return, please contact us by email or phone to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
Exchanges will be processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
