Meet Our Pastor
Praise the Lord and Greetings in the Name of Jesus!
I am District Elder Karen Cane, pastor of Greater Christ Temple Apostolic Church here in Bellefontaine, Ohio. For nearly eight years, I have been blessed to shepherd this church family, and I am amazed at how God continues to grow us and use us as a light in our city.
I am a widow and mother of two wonderful sons who serve alongside me in the ministry. My spiritual journey began in Canton, Ohio, at Greater Bethel Apostolic Church under Elder Ralph M. Byrd. At the age of eleven, I gave my life to the Lord, was baptized in Jesus’ name, and filled with the precious gift of the Holy Ghost—and I’ve never looked back.
Over the past 38 years, God has allowed me to faithfully preach and teach His Word across many places as an evangelist. I currently serve as a District Elder and member of the Ohio District Council Board of Directors within the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World. In 2021, I earned my Master’s Degree in Pastoral Ministry and Leadership with a Practicum in Theology. Locally, I’ve had the privilege of serving our community through the Adriel School for residential youth and working at Little Learners Christian Day School for over 30 years.
I truly believe that loving God’s people—and all people—is my “super power.” My passion is to lead others into the freedom, deliverance, and victory that can only be found in Christ Jesus.
(John 4:34) “My meat is to do the will of Him that sent me, and to finish His work.”
Lovingly,
Pastor Karen Cane
